Colony Care has three convenient locations. Our Wellesley office is located near the junction of
Route 128 and Route 16, minutes from the Mass Pike, Routh 9 and the MBTA Green Line.
We are handicapped accessible.

Our Walpole office is in the Daggett Building on Main Street (Route 1A) just north of Walpole
Center. It is convenient to Routes 109 and 27, Interstate 95 (use the Coney Street exit) and
Route 1 and is handicapped accessible.

Our Belmont office is located on the corner of Belmont and Ericsson Streets, north of
Route 16/Mt. Auburn Street, Watertown, and west of Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge.
It is convenient to the #73 MBTA bus line and is not handicapped accessible.
