April Fletcher received her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Southern Maine in 1990 and her Master's in Social Work from the University of Chicago in 1992. Ms. Fletcher most recently served as the Director of Counseling at Mount Ida College in Newton, MA and serves as faculty at Boston College Graduate School of Social work and Regis College. She has worked in emergency psychiatry and developed a home-based family therapy program for high-risk children and adolescents. She adapts her clinical approach to each client based on their needs. She has extensive experience with adolescents and early adults with ADHD, learning disabilities, and other concerns that interfere with academic progress - to include depression, anxiety and eating disorders.
