Susan Johnson received her AB in psychology from Boston University in 1964 and her Masters in Social Work from Simmons College in 1966. Ms. Johnson was the Clinical Coordinator of Geriatric Services at Bournewood Hospital, and has extensive training and experience in geriatrics, hospice care, and disabilities resulting from chronic physical or mental illness. She is currently treating families and individuals coping with life crisis with underlying mental health and substance abuse issues. Ms. Johnson is skilled at collaborative case management, coordinating community resources to assist patients in improving the quality of their family, work, and social lives.
