Robin Strickman received her bachelor's degrees in psychology and marketing from the University of Pennsylvania in 1983, and her master's of social work degree from Simmons College in 2006. Ms. Strickman received advanced post-graduate training at Children's Hospital in Boston, working with children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders: ADHD, autism Spectrum, and learning disabilities. She has worked in a variety of public schools delivering both individual and group therapy. Ms. Strickman has extensive experience working with issues surrounding school adjustment, peer relationship conflicts, trauma, attachment, depression, and anxiety. She also has extensive experience working with clients who have ADHD and those on the autism spectrum. Ms. Strickman believes in using a practical problem solving approach and integrating mind/body elements such as yoga and meditation into therapy.
